Ayurvedic Herbs for the Respiratory System

In this episode Colette focuses on prana vaha srotas, the respiratory channel and how an aggravation of the vata, pitta and kapha doshas may manifest in the respiratory system. She talks in detail about the following herbs which are beneficial:
