What daily structure should I expect on this 7 day Rejuvenation Retreat?
Your daily schedule will be as follows:
7:00 & 8:00 - Yoga class
9:00 to 10:00 - Breakfast (Consultation on day 1 & 7)
10:00 to 12:00 - Treatments
12:00 to 14:00 - Lunch
14:00 to 16:00 - Ayurvedic group discussion or cooking class
17:00 - 18:30 - Dinner
18:45 - 19:30 - Yoga/Meditation
Please note that this schedule may vary depending on individual recommendations for your rejuvenation program.

Will there be tourist activities included in the retreat schedule?
In order to ensure full benefit from your rejuvenation retreat, there will be no group tourist activities scheduled during this 7 day program. It is recommended to use the days before/after the retreat for tourist activities.
