Ayurvedic Practitioner, Colette Kent takes a holistic approach to healing the body and mind. In her studies of Ayurveda, the ancient holistic healing system from India, she learned that the body, mind and soul are connected and therefore need to be taken into consideration when treating the whole person.

Ayurveda teaches us that the root of many aggravations in the body/mind is due to the improper functioning of the digestive system. This can lead to an accumulation of ama/toxins in the body. Colette focuses on the health of the digestive system in order to restore physical and mental health.

Ayurveda teaches us that there’s ‘no one size fits all’ approach to healing and so, Colette begins each client relationship with a 90 minute 1-to-1 online consultation to assess your unique mind/body type and if you have a current imbalance. From there, Colette will put together a strategy incorporating food, self-care, mindfulness practices, exercise etc. that’s tailored to your unique constitution and your lifestyle. 
Colette’s objective is to educate and empower you to take charge of your health and wellbeing, so that you can thrive in life and prevent any dis-ease in the body or mind.

1-To-1 Consultations

Have an in-depth online chat with Colette where she will determine your unique mind/body type and your current health condition. You will receive an individualized strategy for your health and wellbeing, which will encompass your food, self-care, mindfulness practices, exercise and more!


At-Home Ayurveda Cleanse

A fully supported at-home holistic cleanse that’s designed to reset your digestive health. Colette tailors the cleanse to your unique mind/body type and it incorporates whole-food recipes, yoga for your dosha, self-care practices and mindfulness practices tailored to your specific needs.


Daily Habits For Holistic Health  

This self-paced 28 day online program is designed to educate and empower you to become your own healer. You will learn about the importance of living in tune with the Circadian rhythms, the healing principles of Ayurveda and you will install a new operating system of simple daily habits to help keep your body and mind in balance.
