asthi dhatu (the bone tissue)
majja dhatu (the nerve tissue)
meda dhatu (fat tissue)
the 3 doshas (vata, pitta and kapha)
shleshaka kapha (a subdosha of kapha)
our agni (digestive fire)
She also discusses the following Ayurvedic herbs which are beneficial for the joints and their energetics:
ajmoda
chitraka
frankincense
ginger
guggulu
turmeric
