  • Dr. Ramkumar Kutty’s presentation on ‘Ayurveda and the Mind’. Amy explains how Dr. Ramkumar spoke about our heightened sense of ‘I’ and how it’s the source of our suffering as it’s creating individualism and how we need to move from ‘I’ to ‘We’ in order to suffer less.
