Episode 372: Imbalances in the Mano Vaha Srotas (Mind Channel)

Mano vaha srotas is the channel responsible for the mind and mental functions. This mind channel governs mental functions like cognition, memory, sensory perception, thought processes, emotions, and imagination.

Mano vaha srotas bridges the mind, body, and spirit by taking in experiences from the physical world via the senses and allowing the mind to interpret sensory input from the body and turn it into meaningful thoughts, responses, and emotions.
