  1. Lydia - I feel like my energy has been low the past few weeks and I’ve made an effort to get to bed earlier, however, I still feel so tired throughout my day. How do I boost my energy?
  2. Pamela - I know that living in tune with the Circadian rhythms is important in Ayurveda and I have been intentionally doing that for several months now but my bowel movements are still happening later in the day, is this a problem? Also, I have excess weight and I feel it’s due to overeating, can you give me some advice on how to stop overeating please?

  3. Shirley - I find that stress is really affecting my health and I’m trying to reduce stress in my life, however, I can’t protect myself from outside stress. How do we build up our resilience to stress?
