Episode #8 The Circadian rhythm is our internal clock, operating on a 24 hour cycle that’s responsible for our physical, mental and behavioral changes throughout the day. In this episode, Colette discusses why it’s so important for our health and wellbeing to sync our day to these energy cycles:

  • 2am-6am – The Quiet Cycle
  • 6am-10am – Bedrock of the Day
  • 10am-2pm – Productive Time
  • 2pm-6pm – Creative & Cave Time
  • 6pm-10pm – Time to Slow Down
  • 10Pm-2am – Ultimate Sleep & Rejuvenation
